A project to renovate old company housing into rental apartments for the general public. Eight groups of artists and creators from diverse fields including modern art, product design, lighting, technology, interior design, and landscaping collaborated to renovate eight units, transforming the complex into collective housing that integrates art. The project was recognized for its fusion of art and renovation, as well as its ability to inspire the creativity of residents, and in February 2017, it received the Special Prize at the 30th Osaka City Housing Design Awards, a commendation program run by the City of Osaka.
