The Kitakagaya Creative Farm Project was launched in 2011 with the concept of utilizing vacant land to revitalize the community, and in 2012, Kitakagaya Minna Nouen (Community Farm) opened, emphasizing communication among those who participate.

Currently, it is managed by the Good Luck Association, which is based in Kitakagaya. This urban farm, which combines art and agriculture in a uniquely Kitakagaya way, has attracted attention nationwide.
