In 2023, an entire cultural housing complex consisting of eight rooms was fully renovated into a mixed-use facility, with the first floor designed for retail spaces and the second floor for residential units.
For the retail section, a neo-custom leasing approach was adopted with the concept of “made together with the tenants,” where the space is customized and completed according to the tenants’ needs at the time of handover. Regular events are also held in the common area.
