Since the company’s establishment in 1912, we have been conducting business activities centered on real estate leasing. However, we started our investment in 1985 in a leveraged leasing investment union (B747-200F for Nippon Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd.), we also began aircraft leasing business. In June 1998, we independently gained ownership of aircraft (B737-300s for VASP airline) and commenced full-scale operating leasing business.
